When designing characters, what do you tend to focus on more?

Design - I want my characters to look good!
Personality - it doesn't matter what my characters look like, as long as they're written well!
I do my best to focus on both aspects equally

- (the prices would probably change sometimes since i'm using australian dollars)
- (but the prices will most likely be listed in US dollars)
- (also i'm sorry for the lack of polished art lately, my mood hasn't been the best for the past few months and i haven't been able to focus on things very well)
- (but i'm doing my best to try and make my art cleaner and more finished-looking)

Well, design and personality are both equally important, as well as balance... But if there's one thing I focus on slightly higher than most, it's design. I like to make a well-made presentation that isn't common place.
